We'd hate to hear that you are unsatisfied with your SDM bag for any reason but in case you want to return:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to attach your order packing slip.
When you choose to return an item(s), y ou will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for the item(s). We do not provide prepaid return labels at the moment. You can use any mailing carrier of your choice for your most convenient return method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges are currently not offered; however, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it. Refund times would depend on your bank or credit card company.
